  I recently had an event where I rented equipment from Belmonte and Sons. Two days before the event I received a call saying they wrote down the address wrong for my event and were going to more than double my delivery cost. On the day of the event the crew (who were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with) showed up and had a kit to install the tent on grass when I specifically told the office it was going in a parking lot. I was then told it would be an additional $50 to add on the weights needed to put it on pavement. When I went to put the linens on the tables they were completely wrong. There were 13 extra clothes but none for the 6 foot tables I had or the café height tables.
  The worst part of the experience was the customer service. When I reached out to let them know about these issues and give them the chance to correct them before writing this review I was told all of these problems were my fault. I had the contract and it said these mistakes on it and I did not catch it and should have. Instead of owning up to the mistakes and trying to something to make it right they chose to blame the customer. I absolutely do not recommended them.
